I told them I was low on fluids when getting an oil change ,they said they would top my fluids off, the technician neglected to do the windshield wiper fluid and coolant. I had to take it back to get them to do it. Anna was very helpful and nice to me.

I have had my new truck in for a vibration issues twice. Both times I'm told they can't find any issues. Both times I leave and the vibration is still there. It is much worse when towing which I purchased a 2500HDso towing is what I use it for and was told well we don't have anything to tow to test it.I will be bringing it back again for a 3rd time which I'm sure will result in another week of not having the truck and nothing being found wrong.

Zero communication from the service department. They’ve had my truck since March 18 and if I wasn’t calling or stopping by there was no returned calls or calls on their end keeping me updated. Told me three different dates for completion and still not finished.

On May 28, 2026, called about a vehicle. Assured it was on the lot. Next morning on the 29th I called and made an appointment. Drove three hours to view the vehicle only to be informed after I arrived that they had just sold the vehicle. No explanations. I asked what are appointments for if they are not going to be honored. Again, no explanation. Integrity seems to be lacking at this dealership. Knowing that the vehicle was being sold, the sales manager could have had the decency to call me.

Added warranty packages without my knowledge and tricked my husband into signing my name after I left the office. Car broke down within 10 days and were given the run around for 2 weeks before finally doing the right thing and fixing the vehicle. We were not given a loaner car or anything. Then the treatment was wildly unprofessional and dismissive during the entire process. At the end of it all Dylan asks me to give him a positive review on google instead of a negative one. I gave no review at all. Have a great weekend. We will never be back.
Service Tech Mark was professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful in communicating my concerns to Mechanics Bill and Ed on this recurring problem. Service area is very clean and efficient. Customer waiting area is spacious and set up well. Sales staff area is also well set up and personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

We bought a truck 2 weeks ago. It had a service engine light that they agreed to fix. They said it was a fuel sensor so we left it to be fixed and detailed. Brook was great. The whole experience was great. The only thing that keeps me from rating the experience (as a whole) a 5 is that the truck was still dirty after the sale. Someone washed it, but the bed was full of debris. I know this is a courtesy and not a dealbreaker by any means. But the truck was still dirty. Otherwise, everything went fantastic.

Bought a used F150, and within three days I had a mechanical issue. Which I can understand, it was used. Turns out it was the starter. Took it the dealer service center and had to pay $900 out of pocket because they would refuse to pay for it. Or even help. They did not pay for a rental either while it was being serviced. Had appointment time. A couple of drive up customers got taken care of first. Waited 30 mins to be checked in. Only there for a routine oil change. Was at the facility for 3.5 hours. Everyone was nice when we spoke.
The charged me $1115 for an oil change. They didn’t reset my oil life or put a sticker up on my windshield. They took all at to service my vehicle. They did rotate my tires.
