I enjoyed my car buying experience, which is saying something. We were treated exceptionally well, and Nick and Billy were top notch. No issues! Love my new Tahoe! Very happy that Billy was able to obtain my financing rate lower than my preapproved rate.
The experience was nothing but lies from the very beginning phone call. Shady dealership thinking they can bully a bomb woman. Not happy for over a month, bought paid for and NEVER received my truck. Title work was a mess, they didn't even get my address correct and had to overnight the paperwork. It got so bad, we had to hire an attorney! This is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. They have all taken care of me. Especially when I call and talk to Tammy. She tells me what I need to do to take care of my car.
