Came in for a 2013 Durango, left with a 2018 Equinox for about the same price. Luke was an excellent salesman and helped me find a good alternative, matching what I was looking for. See him in the next week and ask about the Ren fair, he'll love it.

Zero communication from the service department. They’ve had my truck since March 18 and if I wasn’t calling or stopping by there was no returned calls or calls on their end keeping me updated. Told me three different dates for completion and still not finished.

On May 28, 2026, called about a vehicle. Assured it was on the lot. Next morning on the 29th I called and made an appointment. Drove three hours to view the vehicle only to be informed after I arrived that they had just sold the vehicle. No explanations. I asked what are appointments for if they are not going to be honored. Again, no explanation. Integrity seems to be lacking at this dealership. Knowing that the vehicle was being sold, the sales manager could have had the decency to call me.
