I enjoyed my car buying experience, which is saying something. We were treated exceptionally well, and Nick and Billy were top notch. No issues! Love my new Tahoe! Very happy that Billy was able to obtain my financing rate lower than my preapproved rate.
The experience was nothing but lies from the very beginning phone call. Shady dealership thinking they can bully a bomb woman. Not happy for over a month, bought paid for and NEVER received my truck. Title work was a mess, they didn't even get my address correct and had to overnight the paperwork. It got so bad, we had to hire an attorney! This is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. I would run! Lies and deceptuon for over a month! Very bad finance experience. Never had a finance person yawn threw the entire process, which only took 5 minutes and rushed out the door. I believe his exact words were, "We are about to get busy" and motioned us to the door. So unprofessional. Hard lesson to learn, but thanks for the lesson Steve Hood and you pal Mason
